Murphy Steps Down For “Dream Job”
(POCATELLO) – Former legislative candidate Nate Murphy is speaking out to clarify why he dropped out of his race last week. Murphy says there has been speculation that he was pressured out because of his sexuality, but maintains that it is untrue. Murphy took what he described as his “dream job” earlier this month as an elections manager in Los Angeles, prompting him to turn in his resignation as a trustee for School District 25. Bannock County Democrats are looking for a replacement for Murphy in the House race.
