Orem Woman Arrested For Rexburg Kidnapping

(REXBURG) – An Orem woman accused of kidnapping three Rexburg children has been arrested.29-year-old Heather Anne John allegedly took her two biological daughters and another girl from their fathers’ home July 13. John, who does not have custody of the girls, committed a similar act in December. She was taken into custody Monday afternoon in Rexburg on three felony kidnapping charges. John is being held on a $100,000 bond.
