(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello man often seen at intersections selling animal balloons is facing lewd conduct charges. Robert Evans made headlines all around eastern Idaho last year for his unconventional method of supporting himself. Evans, who is homeless, is accused of having inappropriate contact with  a child under the age of 16. The charges date back to December 2010. Evans is being held in the Bingham County Jail on a $150,000 bond. Unless Evans changes his plea, he will face a jury trial Nov. 27.
