(LOS ANGELES) — Friends and family remembered the late director Tony Scott last Friday at a private funeral in Los Angeles, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
TMZ.com further reports that Scott’s brother, director Ridley Scott, was among those in attendance.
Scott took his own life by jumping off a bridge the previous Sunday. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County coroner’s office tells The Hollywood Reporter the 68-year-old Top Gun director left behind two suicide notes — one inside his car, another in his office — but neither shed any light on why he decided to commit suicide.
