(NEW YORK) — It might be time to get your popcorn ready, again, this time in Seattle. Wide receiver Terrell Owens worked out for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday.
Owens and the team are engaged in contract talks, according to ESPN’s Ed Werder.
The 38-year-old receiver has been out of the NFL since 2010, when he last played for the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Seahawks are looking to add depth to their receiving team.
Owens played for the Allen Wranglers Indoor Football League team during the 2011 season and had 35 catches for 420 yards and 10 touchdowns in eight games.
During his 15 seasons in the NFL Owens has caught 1,078 passes for 15,934 yards and 153 TDs.
