WA Man Presumed Drowned Near Twin Falls

(TWIN FALLS) – Recovery crews have scaled back their search for a Washington man who fell in the Snake River near Twin Falls Saturday. 42-year-old Justice Kramer of Graham, Wash. was hiking with his daughter at Pillar Falls when he slipped on a rock and fell in the water. Diving teams say the water conditions are extremely dangerous with several underwater caves and swift currents. Officials say they’ve exhausted their resources trying to find the victim.
