Blackhawks Sign Defenseman Michal Rozsival
Published at(CHICAGO) — Defensman Michal Rozsival signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Blackhawks Tuesday.
A source told ESPN.com’s Pierre LeBrun that the contract is worth $2 million.
The 34-year-old tallied 13 points, a plus-8 rating and 34 penalty minutes in 54 games with the Phoenix Coyotes last season.
Rozsival joins a crowded Chicago blue-line, which includes, Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Niklas Hjalmarsson, Nick Leddy, Johnny Oduya, Steve Montador, Dylan Olsen and Sheldon Brookbank.
