(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  Bonneville County Commissioners have signed off on a 2013 budget that they say won’t significantly raise taxes.  The county will use a surplus to cover a two percent pay raise for government employees. The $61 million budget is within $25,000 of last year’s financial plan. Commissioner Roger Christensen says it amounts to nearly a quarter of a million dollars less in property taxes than it did four years ago. Officials say technology upgrades over the past few years have eliminated many expenses and made their jobs more effective.
