Dina Lohan Unravels on "Dr. Phil"

Peter Kramer/NBC(CHICAGO) -- In a preview of Dina Lohan's interview with Dr. Phil, scheduled to air today, the mother of 26-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan flails her limbs, slurs her speech and makes fun of her interviewer while talking about such subjects as her daughter's arrest record.

"You're like in your little tie, your little shoes," she tells the TV doc, laughing.

"I'm being scrutinized by you people," she says later, and at one point asks, "Can I go home now?"

Some people saw the trailer and assumed Lohan was drunk. The 49-year-old mother of four assured TMZ she was not, and said the trailer was intentionally edited to make her look like a train wreck.

"I don't care what it looks like. I'm fine and I don't care what anyone says," she said. "I think the interview will be good. I know what I said and the facts are what the facts are."
