(LOS ANGELES) — Do women feel self-conscious ordering steak at restaurants? Former Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria believes they do so much so that she’s reportedly opening a female-oriented steak joint.
Longoria’s new venture will replace Beso, the Las Vegas restaurant the actress and cookbook author co-owned, which was recently shuttered.
According to the foodie blog Eater Vegas, the new eatery will be called She and will feature a roaring ’20s theme, with chef Todd Mark Miller whipping up “boutique steakhouse dishes and small bites appealing to ladies.”
And despite its name and women-friendly feel, She, which is slated for a New Year’s Eve opening, will be open to meat lovers of all genders.
