Theo Riddick got things started for the Irish with a 11-yard touchdown run and it would be smooth sailing from there.  Riddick also rushed for one more touchdown in the game, finishing with 107 yards on the ground.

George Attkinson rushed for 99 yards with a pair of touchdowns and defensive end Stephon Tuitt returned a fumble 77 yards for another touchdown in the rout of Navy.

Notre Dame quarterback Everett Golson completed 12 of 18 passes for 144 yards with one touchdown and one pick in the victory.
