Man Arrested After Attempted Burglary

(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man faces attempted burglary and trespassing charges following an incident Wednesday afternoon. 56-year-old William Douglas Kirby was allegedly seen rummaging through property on the front porch of a home in J Street. Kirby also allegedly tried to enter the home through the front door before the woman inside notified police. Kirby is being held in the Bonneville County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
