Man Tased in Subway Parking Lot

 

 

 

 

(CHUBBUCK) – A 32-year-old man was Tased Thursday following an incident involving a stolen car in Chubbuck. Law enforcement officials say the man, whose name has not been released, was driving a stolen Jeep Rubicon. Two residents recognized the vehicle and notified police. Authorities then attempted to arrest the man in the Subway parking lot on Yellowstone. After trying to flee on foot, officers used a Taser to take the man down. He was later treated at Portneuf Medical Center, though his condition is currently unknown.
