Report: Heidi Klum and Seal Close to Divorce Settlement

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — It looks like Heidi Klum and Seal are close to settling their divorce. According to TMZ’s sources the singer is committed to ending the marriage and fully recognizes that the post nuptial agreement he signed is enforceable and will be “substantially honored.”
Last weekend, it was reported that Seal “erupted,” accusing Klum of having an affair with a bodyguard before the couple’s separation. However, TMZ sources say Seal retracted his comment a day later, because he did not want to drive the divorce negotiations in an acrimonious direction.
Klum and Seal were married in 2005 and have three biological children together. The relationship ended abruptly amidst allegations by Klum that the singer had an explosive temper.
