Royals Granted French Injunction Against “Closer” Magazine
(PARIS) -- It is a victory for the royals.
A court outside of Paris has ordered the French magazine Closer to hand over its topless photographs of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, within 24 hours.
Also, an injunction has been granted banning the publication from printing any other photos it may have. This stops Closer from syndicating the images to any other media outlets in France. They must additionally turn in all digital copies of the photos by noon Wednesday and face a $12,000 fine each time it defies the ruling.
