Offensive line coach Aaron Kromer, who will lead the team for the first six weeks, doesn’t think the coaching situation has been a difficult transition.

Based off of findings from an investigation by the NFL, the league suspended head coach Sean Payton for the whole 2012 season, assistant head coach Joe Vitt is suspended for the first six games of the season, leaving Kromer behind to help keep the team afloat until reinforcements come.

“What other program or business do you know or have ever seen, wher they took away the CEO away and said, ‘You can’t come to work,'” Kromer said via the Shreveport Times. “They took your boss away, and he can’t come to work. I bet you would see a difference. I’ll tell you today that you don’t see a difference in the New Orleans Saints. You don’t. It’s the same as it has been. I’ve seen how this thing works, and I think it should be flawless.”

Vitt and Payton were suspended for their role in the team’s bounty program under former defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Players Jonathan Vilma, Scott Fujia, Anthony Hargrove, and Will Smith were also suspended by the NFL.
