(BOSTON) — The Boston Bruins agreed to a six-year contract extension with forward Tyler Seguin on Tuesday worth $34 million.
The 20-year-old Seguin led Boston last season with 29 goals and 38 assists. He was named to the 2012 All-Star Game.
The Bruins took Seguin with the second overall pick in the 2010 NHL entry draft. In his two-year NHL career, he has 89 points.
