Two Arrested After Rest Area Shooting

(AMERICAN FALLS) – Two people were arrested Thursday morning after police received reports of gunshots at a rest area near Massacre Rocks State Park. 51-year-old Steve Budke of Sequim, Wash. and 36-year-old Tiffany Neel of Twin Falls are facing felony drug charges, as well as for destruction of evidence and for discharging a firearm across a roadway. The rest area was located just off the eastbound lanes of I-86 west of American Falls. Both suspects have been booked in the Power County Jail.
