Wanted Man, Back in Custoday

(CHUBBUCK, ID) — A Chubbuck man wanted by police after skipping bail last month is back in custody. Thirty-two-year-old Fred Nichols is accused of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer after an alleged incident with police in July. Authorities believed that Nichols had fled the state, but only recently learned that he might be back in town. After notifying the public Tuesday morning, police received several tips and were able to track Nichols down. He was arrested without incident
