Seth Smith hit a game-tying RBI double, and then proceeded to score the winning run when Coco Crisp hit a walk-off single.

“He always puts a great at-bat,” Athletics skipper Bob Melvin said of Crisp. “We don’t need a homer right there all we need is a hit. That’s the third time I think he’s come up with a hit in walk-off fashion for us.”

“I don’t think there is anybody we feel better about, there are certainly some guys we feel good about, but I don’t think there is anybody we feel better about in that situation then Coco,” he continued.

The fifth and deciding series game takes place Thursday in Oakland. First pitch is scheduled for 9:37 p.m. eastern.
