Cardinals kicker Jay Feely hit a franchise-record 61-yard field goal to tie the game at 16 with 1:09 left in regulation, but his 38-yard attempt at the end of regulation was deflected and bounced off the left upright. “You go from on top of the world to feeling about as low as you can feel,” Feely said.

The Bills (3-3) then picked off a John Skelton pass in overtime which set up the winning Lindell kick. Skelton was in the game to replace injured starter Kevin Kolb. The loss snapped the Cardinal’s eight-game home winning streak.

Kolb went 14 of 26 with a touchdown and an interception for the Cardinals (4-2) before leaving with chest and rib injuries follwing a sack.

The Bills were able to bounce back from a lopsided loss against San Francisco a week ago, despite an uneven performance from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who went 18 of 32 with no touchdown passes.
