(BLACKFOOT, ID) — The Boil Order that was put in place last Thursday in Blackfoot, was lifted Monday morning. Richard Magnum, Water Superintendent indicated water-quality tests completed over the weekend showed results that did not contain the E-coli bacteria which raised concerns last week. Magnum said the city had to pass consecutive tests to rescind the boil order issued last week. The affected area included Mitchell Lane down to Fisher to Clifford and the East side of Blackfoot. This was the first boil order for the City of Blackfoot in 15-years.
