Bristol Palin Happy She Improved on "Dancing with the Stars"

ABC/ADAM TAYLOR(LOS ANGELES) -- Bristol Palin left Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars this week with her head held high.

Sarah Palin's daughter reached the fourth week of competition.

"I'm glad that we went out with decent scores and we made an improvement so I was happy about it," Bristol said.

Earlier this month, a suspicious package was sent to the Los Angeles studio where Dancing with the Stars is staged.  TMZ.com reported that it contained a harmless white powder and a note that read, "This is what will happen to you if Bristol Palin stays on [the show]."

Bristol, who was the subject of a similar package during her first run on the show in 2010, says, "It definitely makes things more serious...having that kind of thing on my back does worry me a little bit, but I'm tough, I'm strong and, I've got really good support from my family."
