BSU Student Arrested for Pot in Dorm

(BOISE) – A West Yellowstone man was arrested Sunday night after marijuana was found in his Boise State University dorm room. 21-year-old Anthony M. Iniguez is being held on felony drug trafficking charges. Police responded to the scene after a complaint was made about the smell of marijuana coming from the suspect’s dorm room. Authorities found 2.4 pounds of marijuana and immediately took Iniguez into custody. Four others were cited for frequenting a place where drugs are sold. Additional charges are pending.
