(LAS VEGAS) — Flavor Flav has been arrested for assault in Las Vegas after an alleged incident at a private residence there.
ABC affiliate KTNV reports that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Department answered a call early Wednesday morning from a woman who said her fiance was threatening a 17-year-old person in the home. The caller said her fiance also had assaulted her.
KTNV reports that authorities who arrived on the scene were also told that 53-year-old Flav, born William Drayton Jr., has threatened the teen with a knife. Authorities took him into custody and booked him on two charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence, according to KTNV.
Flav is due in court Thursday morning.
