Authorities say the Rocky Canyon Fire in Caribou County was human caused, though the circumstances surrounding what sparked the fire are still being investigated. The fire started Monday night at around 9:30, and quickly spread as fire crews scrambled to get organized. There’s no word yet as to the level of containment, though three engines, a bulldozer and a hotshot crew remain at the scene.
