(BLACKFOOT) – A Fort Hall man has pleaded guilty to felony charges of aggravated assault and eluding police. 30-year-old Jeremy Robert Andrus made a plea agreement with prosecutors in Bingham County Tuesday. As part of the agreement, a second-degree kidnapping charge and a weapons enhancement charge were dropped. Andrus was arrested in May after he pulled a gun on his former father-in-law and tried to force his ex-wife into a vehicle with him. He then led police on a car chase. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19.
