Human Remains Could Be Linked to Cold Case

(RUPERT) – After nearly 24 years missing, detectives in southern Idaho believe they may have found the remains of Norine Boyd. Investigators and a cadaver dog located the remains a short distance from where Boyd’s car was found in March of 1989 near the City of Rocks National Reserve. DNA test results are pending. Boyd disappeared in December 1988, two weeks after police issued a warrant for her arrest on theft charges.
