Idaho Falls Father Pleads Not Guilty

( IDAHO FALLS)— An Idaho Falls father accused of injuring his baby boy has plead not guilty to two counts of felony aggravated battery. The thirty-year-old was arrested last month in connection with his two-month-old son’s injuries. The baby was flown to Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City. The infant had injuries consistent with Shaken Baby Syndrome. Kern will head to trial in January.
