(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — An Idaho Falls woman was arrested on 10 different charges after a laundry list of offenses around town Monday. Police say 31-year-old Tara Barrett was under the influence of narcotics when she failed to return a borrowed pickup truck. Barrett was allegedly involved in a hit and run before wreaking havoc at Shopko, tearing price tags off of merchandise and crashing a motorized cart into clothing racks and food stands. Police later arrested Barrett at the Ross parking lot on 25th Street. Officials say Barrett also had outstanding warrants in Bonneville and Jefferson counties.
