Idaho Running Out Of Time For Insurance Exchange

Experts say it’s virtually unavoidable that Idaho will eventually have to work with the federal government in some form to implement an insurance exchange. Republican legislators had hoped that the Affordable Care Act would be overturned by a U.S. Supreme Court ruling, though the law was upheld as a tax increase. The state has until Nov. 16 to submit blueprints for an exchange to the federal government.
