(JACKSON, WY)  —   School trustees in Teton County, Wyoming will decide today whether to adopt a policy that will allow for the screening of students for alcohol at extra-curricular events. The vote will specifically outline whether alcohol wands can be used. Advocates say the policy would help counter underage drinking. Opponents, backed by attorneys from the American Civil Liberties Union, claim the measure would invoke an unconstitutional invasion of privacy and could lead to racial profiling.
