“Made in Jersey” Dumped from CBS Schedule

GETTY E 061212 TVRemote?  SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1349948054634Hemera/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — After just two episodes and dismal ratings, CBS has pulled the plug on its new Friday night legal drama Made in Jersey.

The series, which starred Janet Montgomery as a New jersey native trying to make it as an attorney in Manhattan, is the first new show of the fall season to get the axe.  CBS’ official stance is that show has been pulled from the schedule, which is TV speak for we’ll never see it again.

CSI: NY will fill the 9 p.m. timeslot that was previously occupied by Made in Jersey, starting this Friday.

In other CBS news, the network announced that Undercover Boss will premiere on Nov. 2 in the same 8 p.m. timeslot it aired in the spring.
