Pedestrian Suing Russell Brand over Motoring Mishap

Tommaso Boddi/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — A man has filed suit against Russell Brand, claiming the comic was behind the wheel and driving negligently when he drove into him in Los Angeles. TMZ reports the incident reportedly took place back in January.
According to documents filed in L.A. Superior Court Monday, plaintiff Victor Sneed is seeking more than $25,000 from Brand, claiming he suffered injuries, as well as lost wages because of the Brit’s alleged negligence.
