“Marcus Lattimore did not practice again today (Wednesday). I don’t know how to list him,” Spurrier said. ” We’re not sure he’ll even be able to play. It takes a week or two to heal up. I’m not sure. …they call it a bruise bone in the hip/upper hip area.”

Lattimore has been a big part of the Gamecocks offense. He is currently sixth in the SEC in rushing with 584 yards. Lattimore is tied for the SEC lead in rushing touchdowns with Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel with 10.

Senior Kenny Miles and freshman Mike Davis will get the carries Saturday if Lattimore can’t play.
