Sources: Cowboys Linebacker Sean Lee’s Season Is Over
Published at | Updated at(IRVING, Texas) — Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee will require surgery on his right big toe and will miss the rest of the 2012 season, according to sources of ESPNDallas.com.
The injury occurred during the third quarter of the Cowboys’ 19-14 victory over the Carolina Panthers.
Lee currently leads the team with 58 tackles. He also has recorded an interception and a forced fumble this season.
Dan Connor will replace Lee in the starting lineup, and Bruce Carter will take over the defensive signal caller duties.
