(NEW YORK) — A trailer for the much-hyped movie The Lone Ranger hit the Internet on Wednesday. It offers brief glimpses of Armie Hammer as the titular hero, in action while wearing the Lone Ranger’s trademark mask.
There isn’t much dialogue in the trailer, aside from the following line by the Lone Ranger’s Native American sidekick, Tonto, played by Johnny Depp: “There come a time, Kemosabe…when good man must wear mask.”
The Lone Ranger, which also stars Tom Wilkinson and Helena Bonham Carter, was helmed by Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean director, Gore Verbinski. It opens next July.
