(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —   The Bonneville County Sheriff Office says a deputy making a routine traffic stop on U.S. Highway 2o near Idaho Falls, found drugs and an explosive device Thursday morning.   The car was stopped just south of the St. Leon exit shortly before 10am.  Officers found the 8-inch device as well as marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the car with the help of a K-9 unit .      The Idaho Falls bomb squad removed the device, stabilized it and detonated it shortly before Noon.   It was taken by robot well off the highway, and destroyed.     Traffic was backed up into Idaho Falls all the way to Hitt Road for over an hour.   Officers arrested a 19-year old man at the scene.  His name is not being released at this time.   We will have further details as they become available.
