Arizona Man Posts Stolen iPod on BYU-Idaho Resale Site
Published at | Updated atREXBURG – A thief was caught red handed after attempting to re-sell a stolen iPod at BYU-Idaho.
The Upper Valley Journal reports Jared Leon allegedly stole the iPod from a fellow Brigham Young University student at the campus library, and then tried to sell it on a university bulletin board.
The Arizona man was arrested in Rexburg Wednesday after he was caught attempting to sell the stolen iPod online.
The original owner attempted to buy the iPod and immediately contacted police. Leon faces charges of possession of stolen property.
