Armed Robber Forces Bank Employees in Safe

(REXBURG, ID)  —  The East Idaho Credit Union in Rexburg was robbed Wednesday.  A reverse 911 call went out to Rexburg citizens Wednesday afternoon warning of an armed robber at large. The robber “cleaned out the bank” according to Police Captain Randy Lewis and then forced the employees in the bank’s safe.  Police are still looking for the suspect who is described to be a white male around 5’10” with a deep voice and weighing around 200-230 pounds.
