(POCATELLO) – An Idaho State football player involved in a shoving incident with head coach Mike Kramer last month has been suspended from the team.

Wide receiver Derek Graves was notified by letter Thursday that he had been suspended indefinitely. The letter, which Kramer authored, alleged that Graves violated team policy for being late for practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

No other reasons for the suspension were given, and Graves has been barred from team-related activities.

A police investigation regarding the shoving incident is ongoing.
