(MOSCOW) – Several recent falls from buildings on the University of Idaho and Washington State University campuses are prompting some major concerns about safety.
Officials say all five falls, which have occurred since September, involved alcohol at fraternity parties. One victim reportedly fell 11-stories, barely surviving because he struck several tree branches on the way down.
Administrators from both schools say something needs to be done to change student attitudes about alcohol and minimizing dangerous behavior.
