Five Injured in Clark County Crash

CLARK COUNTY – Five people were injured after a two vehicle crash Friday evening on State Highway 22 and State Highway 28.
At approximately 11:45 a.m., Ming Guangzhou, 30, of China, was west on State Highway 22 in a 2012 BMW. Karen White, 22, from Salt Lake City, Utah, was north on State Highway 28, in a 2006 Honda Civic. Guangzhou reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign, entered the intersection, and hit the Honda Civic on the passenger side.
The BMW went off the road and rolled several times before coming to rest on the side of the road just north of State Highway 22. The Honda spun and went off the road onto the shoulder.
Guangzhou and the four passengers of the BMW were transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center; four by ground ambulance, one by air ambulance. White was transported to EIRMC by private vehicle. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
