Former School Counselor Denies Child Porn Accusations

(MERIDIAN) – A former Meridian Middle School counselor has pleaded not guilty to being involved in an online child pornography group.
Mark Saltzer, 43, faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Police searched Saltzer’s home in August where they allegedly found child pornography on Saltzer’s computer.
A 17-year-old boy living in the home also claimed to have been molested by Saltzer. Saltzer was hired by the school district in 2007, but resigned his position after the allegations surfaced.
