Arian Foster rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown, and the Texans defeated the Bills 21-9 at Reliant Stadium on Sunday.

The Texans led 7-0 after one quarter after a 39 yard pass from Houston (7-1) quarterback Matt Schaub to Owen Daniels. However, the Rian Lindell kicked two field goals for the Bills (3-5) in the second quarter to cut the lead to one at the half.

That’s when Foster took cover, and scored his touchdown to put Houston up 14-6 with 12:16 left to go in the second quarter.

“We played very good in the second half,” Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said. “Offensively, we did away with the things that were hurting us.”

The Bills only managed 78 rushing yards on the day, despite comitting only one turnover.

Schaub completed 19 of 27 passes for two scores. The Texans match up with the 7-1 Chicago Bears on Sunday night at Soldier Field next week.
