Jerry B. Goldman, 59, recently was indicted by a federal grand jury for mail fraud.  E! Online reports he pleaded not guilty on Wednesday and was released on $25,000 bond.

He is accused of overbilling the alleged victims for insurance premiums for policies related to property, among other things.

Musician Andy Summers, a guitarist for The Police, was also among the alleged victims.

Goldman has been charged with 10 counts of mail fraud.  He faces up to 20 years in prison for each count.
