(NEW YORK) — Newlyweds Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel made a stop in New York City this weekend on the way home from their honeymoon to assist victims of Superstorm Sandy, People magazine reports.
The duo, along with Timberlake’s friend Timbaland, handed out blankets and relief backpacks in Far Rockaway for three and a half hours on Saturday. The beach community was severely damaged by the storm and many community residents still do not have power or heat two weeks later.
The couple of five years exchanged vows in southern Italy last month.
