(BLACKFOOT) – Bingham Memorial Hospital has filed a petition for the release of public records from various government officials in Bingham County.
The county has already released several documents and emails, but allegedly withheld information from Zoning Chairman Lee Hammett.
Hospital officials said Hammett reportedly took actions that caused significant economic damage to the hospital during a county investigation into alleged administrative malpractices earlier this year.
