(NEW YORK) — The best and the brightest in entertainment are wowing crowds in New York City on Thursday at the 86th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
Giant balloons fly in the sky including Hello Kitty, Ronald McDonald, Sonic the Hedgehog and Charlie Brown.
There were Broadway musical performances from Nice Work If You Can Get It, Bring It On and Annie.
Also, high school and college marching bands captivated the crowd.
The special day also included Hurricane Sandy victims, who were given prime seats for the parade.
