Man Charged With Indecent Exposure

(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello man has been taken into custody for allegedly exposing himself through a window in his home.
Jon Erik Utka, 41, was charged with indecent exposure following the incident Wednesday night.
Police responded to the scene on the 100 block of 9th Avenue and was still flashing neighbors by the time officers arrived.
A victim told police that Utka’s actions have been an ongoing problem.
